Row counts for 17-110 are flexible. This is just the length of the snake's body so it can be as long or as short as you'd like.

To shape the face, thread a length of yarn from under the jaw, up thru the middle of the face, right between the eyes (should be a bump sticking out, we need that to go IN), and back out in the stitch next to the one you went in the first time. Pull tight and tie off.

The snake's face is modeled after a python, so you might want to give it a cute little :3 smile.
